Connecticut Treasury Office document certifying notes deposited by Joseph Goodwin in the amount of £24.6.1, signed at the conclusion by Peter Colt and Jedediah Huntington. In fine condition. Colt succeeded Jedediah Huntington as Connecticut State Treasurer, serving from 1790 to 1794. Huntington had served as a general in the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War.
