Canadian-American (1908–1976) composer known for his popular pop and Christmas standards. DS, two pages both sides, 8.5 x 16.25, June 11, 1953. A 1947 Revised Uniform Popular Songwriters Contract in which Faith “hereby sells, assigns, transfers and delivers to the Publisher a certain heretofore unpublished original musical composition, written and/or composed by the above-named Writer now entitled TROPIC HOLIDAY,” with fixed royalty sliding scale of .06 being paid on piano copies, 50% foreign royalties, and 10% of orchestrations and other arrangements. In fine condition, with five horizontal folds, staple marks to the top left corners, and two punch holes along the top edges.
