Percussion Blunderbuss constructed from British parts showing G.R. on converted Brown Bess lock with “EX” stamped in to the left side of the stock in block letters. 21 ½” iron barrel with nearly 1 ¾” bore to flaredbarrel that measures nearly 2” across. In fair to good condition overall with brass English style mounts and lazy “S” side plate. Measures 36 ½” overall. 2 of such guns were in the Juan Carlos Amadeo collection inArgentina started in the 19th century and were listed on his inventory as British guns purchased by Mexico and later sold to Argentina.
