<B>Pennsylvania April 25, 1776 2s, 2s/6d Uncut Pair Choice New.</B></I> Simply a pleasing uncut pair that boasts solid margins, dark inks and bright signatures. A third party grader may grade on the fact that there is a slight corner bend and the note is folded into the design of the top note. Certainly valid criteria, but poor storage does not mean circulation.
