A set of matching boy’s and girl’s costumes designed by Bob Mackie for a musical production number in the 1981 film Pennies from Heaven. Boy’s costume consists of a white dinner jacket with white satin lapels and white covered buttons up the front and sleeves, white short pants, a white tuxedo shirt with attached collar, an ivory vest with rhinestone buttons, and a white satin bow tie and fake carnation; girl’s outfit consists of a short white dress of white tulle over taffeta with rhinestone buttons, a white vest jacket with white satin lapels and buttons, and a pair of white bloomers. Both are stamped EC2 Costumes. In fine condition. Accompanied by a 10 x 8 promotional photo from the film scene and a copy of Sheet Music magazine, featuring an image from the production on the front cover.
