German vinyl pressing of the 1975 Paul McCartney and Wings album Venus and Mars, signed on the inner gatefold in blue ballpoint, “Paul McCartney,” and in blue felt tip, “To Robert, Linda McCartney” and “Hi Robert, Denny Laine.” Consignor notes that the autographs of Paul and Linda were obtained outside Paul’s MPL London offices in 1987, and the Laine signature was obtained in Holland in 1988. In fine condition. The record is included.

Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks, a ticket and a program for a 1989 Beatles convention in Amsterdam, and a letter of provenance from a friend of the original recipient, which features three images of photographs taken at the time of the Paul and Linda signings. The letter, in part: “Since 1973 I am a huge Beatles fan and collector…In the eighties, I went several times to London, with a fellow Beatles fan and dear friend, called Robert Verbeek…Intention was to meet Paul at MPL, his business-office at Soho square, and get his autograph in person. On June 16th 1986 we succeeded and met Paul the first time. On June 19th 1987 we met Paul the second time. On both dates he signed some autographs for the both of us. The Venus and Mars LP was signed on June 19th 1987 by Paul and Linda. Denny Laine’s autograph was obtained at a Dutch Beatles convention in 1988. Programme and entrance-ticket are included inside the album cover.”
