Displaying the connection Brown had with the local community, he writes to a fan from Columbus, ''I received your letter concerning George Ratterman's foot work. I will turn your letter over to him. Any such 'give away' would be careless and I am sure he will be grateful for your observation. It was thoughtful of you to write...Paul E. Brown''. 8.5'' x 11'' letter has three small holes, else very good.
