Vintage fountain pen signature and sentiment, “In the middle of the Atlantic on board the ‘City of Berlin’ May 11, 1878. How delightful it is to say to a lovely young lady. Yours truly, P. S. Gilmore,” on an off-white 5.25 x 3 album page, with Gilmore adding four bars of music. A diagonal and a vertical fold and some edge toning, otherwise fine condition.
