Better known as a sculptor, particularly as the creator of the strangely contemporary marching bear bronzes, Patrick O’Reilly is also a talented painter. Trained at the Belfast College of Art, he has exhibited at the Triskel Arts Centre in Cork, the Sligo Model Arts Centre, and the Hugh Lane Gallery, Dublin, as well as many private galleries in Ireland and throughout Europe.
