Self-contained partial DS, signed “P. Henry,” one page, 8 x 3.25, April 1, 1785. What appears to be the bottom of a legal document. In full: “Patrick Henry, Esquire, our said Governor, at Richmond, this first day of April, 1785.” An official seal is intact. In very good condition, with vertical folds, mild soiling and staining, a few small holes, and two areas of tape reinforcement on the reverse.
