Parker 16ga side by side shotgun, upgraded by Pachmayr gunworks to Invincible Grade. 28” barrels, choked Modified (right) and Improved Modified (left). The gun shows double triggers, standard extractors, beavertail forend. The barrels and action are high relief engraved and gold inlaid with pierced lever and fancy checkered select walnut stocks with finest quality fancy checkering.. The design and style of upgrade is inspired by Parker Invincible, and the rib is marked Invincible by Pachmayr. The pistol grip cap is inlaid in gold and is inscribed “Custom Built by Pachmayr Gunworks for Howard French, 1978”. Howard French was Guns & Ammo’s well-known editor and one of Southern California’s most well known experts and collectors. The stock measures 15” to the end of the wood, 15-1/2” to the end of the pad. The engraving and gold inlay are very high quality. The left barrel shows a small split and some damage and should be attended to before firing. Also the rib has been poorly repaired. Otherwise the condition is near fine, the wood near excellent. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
