Paper Money F-1104. $100 Federal Reserve Note. Series of 1914. CGA graded Gem Uncirculated 65. <b>Centering is nearly perfect. Ink register is bold against pure white paper. The visual appeal of this note is quite impressive. Special emphasis is placed on the allegorical figures depicted on the back. When the concept of the new currency emission was first proposed in 1910, the back engraving used on the $100 note was intended for use on the entire Federal Reserve Note series, but distinctive backs on each denomination were later chosen, probably as a deterrent to potential counterfeiting or "raising."</b> <p align="center">Superior Galleries was founded in 1929 and has been a leader in
