Shonts, “T. P. Shonts, Chairman, Isthmian Canal Commission”; John Frank Stevens, “Jno. F. Stevens, Chief Engineer, Panama Canal, Jan. 2nd 1906”; and Charles Edward Magoon, “Charles E. Magoon, Governor Canal Zone, Isthmus of Panama, Feb. 6 1906.” In fine condition.
