Pair of finely forged and hand wrought Spanish colonial spurs from Mexico circa 17th to early 18th century with quality engraving, small figures of reclining Lions and brass inlays with quality piercing and manufacture throughout by a fine smith with good engraved accenting decorations. The pair show a dark brown patina and are an exact pair. The set came from a major armor collector who appreciated the quality of their metal work. Est.: $2,250-$4,500.
