Pair of George Washington silver mounted flintlock pistols authorized by The US Historical Society in their original presentation display case with special plaque on the interior of lid showing owner Michael A. Wayne and originally sold by Littlejohn’s Antique Arms Inc. for his estate on November 15, 2003. Michael Wayne was the son of John Wayne and produced many of the Bat Jac Productions including the Alamo and themajority of the subsequent major movie productions. Michael Wayne was an avid collector and supporter of children’s hospitals, charities, patriotic organizations and the NRA.
