Pair of Garbi (Spain) Model 101 game guns with full side lock actions in 12 gauge. Showing full side lock actions, 28” barrels, double triggers, auto ejector’s with luggage type canvas and leather carrying case withfelt interior. The pair are serial numbered 27 -03- 05-95 and 27-03 -06-95. The guns are matched in dimensions with the left barrel being choked modified and right barrel being choked improved cylinder. Stocks measure 145/8” to the end of a English type pad with 2 ¼” drop at heal and 1 ¾” drop at comb. The pair are slightly cast off measuring approximately ¼” at heal and 1/8” at toe. There are no barrel problems and the barrelsare mounted with low rise non-ventilated ribs. The condition is fine to near excellent with 90% to 98% original finish showing just some minor operation and slight use. The frames are nicely scroll engraved and casehardened. The pair show William Larkin Moore importers marks and Spanish manufacturer proofs. Garbi is a value for the money they cost and you get a lot of bang for the buck.
