Pair of American dueling/target pistols by H. J. Cooper, New York. .45 caliber smoothbore, medium weight octagon barrels, half-stocked, striped and brown barrels, case hardened locks, blued triggerguards, select walnut checkered stocks, with adjustable set triggers. The pistols measure approx. 15-3/4” overall, with 9” barrels. In their original to the period recess-styled case. The stocks are very good showing a select walnut with crisp checkering, some minor
