This is a sweet example of the art of etching by an American master. It is an etching of ducks coming in to land by a duck or decoy in the water. The etching is pencil titled Decoyed and signed F.S. Farley. The plate mark is nice and deep and the etching is also signed in print. The whole piece frame included measures 10.75 x 10.75. It is in excellent condition as we found it. The second one is an etching of Canada Geese taking flight. The etching is pencil titled Evening Flight and signed F.S. Farley. Fredric Farley HMS born 1875 associated with Baltimore Maryland known for his wildlife pieces and as an etcher he was also a student of A. John, B. De Monvel, and Pennel.
