Pacific theater of operations lot as described: A. Japanese Arisaka rifle with bayonet showing full mum, aircraft sights, missing bipod in 7.7 caliber, S/N 11835. Bolt is mismatched. In good to very good condition overall. B. Memorabilia collected in theater by Harold D. Cook with note “taken from dead Jap on Leyete” etc. Saki bottle, 2 scarce soldiers magazines fully illustrated showing aircraft, equipment, patriotic stories and propaganda. C. 4 photographic postcards from Philippines and Korea 1945-46, surrender card dropped to American troops after Oct 20, 1944. Occupational Japanese currency 2 notes, Military post card taken by Cook at Philippines from dead “Japs” pocket.
