Please note that all bids placed through 3rd party platforms and not propstoreauction.com, will be subject to a buyer's expense of 5%.
DNA spore vials from Ridley Scott's sci-fi prequel Prometheus. Spore vials were stored in Engineer ampules by the crew of the Prometheus while exploring the cavernous ruins. David (Michael Fassbender) opened one of the ampules on the Prometheus, using the chemicals within the vials to infect Holloway (Logan Marshall-Green).

Four translucent plastic vials, designed to mimic glass, sit in a faux-bone structure, with one of the vials glued to the structure. The vials and bone are hand-painted to look as realistic as possible, and the piece is intentionally distressed to appear ancient. Each vial has a dark centre to give the impression of being filled with liquid. The piece shows some wear from production use, including scuffing and scratching, and there are remnants of glue on two of the vials. Dimensions: 17 cm x 17 cm x 31 cm (6 3/4" x 6 3/4" x 12 1/4")

Estimate: 2,000 - 3,000
