Bailey and Kitchen, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, ca. 1835. Bulbous form with domed final resting on a square base with paw feet. Elaborate decoration includes flowers, scrolls, and on either side, Neptune's head and trident. Presented to Timothy Rogers, commander of the Commerce of Philadelphia, from the "Insurance Companies of the City of Phila." 11 1/2"h., approximately 58 ozt.
