A beautifully made .38 caliber center fire gun cane with wonderful malacca shaft covering barrel and frame. Handleis golden horn, possibly rhino. To cock the firing mechanism the handle/frame is pulled back, exposing the chamberfor the cartridge and then pushed forward again. The can is equipped with a spur trigger concealed under a 1.25"long ring collar with geometric decoration. Original brass & steel ferrule/barrel plug. Barrel length 28", total length35.25".Wonderful original varnish finish, nice patina to horn, minor scratches to shaft, slight insect damage to horn.(EST 600-800)
