He was killed at Chantilly. Partly-printed D.S. 4pp. folio, New York, Nov. 12, 1852, an indenture for "<i>...Philip Kearny of Lodi, in the township of Harrison...New Jersey</i>" granting his wife"<i>...certain lot of land and premises, situated in the city of New York on the north side of Twenty-second street, between Broadway and Fourth avenue...</i>" for the sum of $6,300. Boldly signed by Kearny at conclusion. Folds and a couple of small holes along them, else very good. <b>$400-500</b>
