PERCUSSION MUSKET.
Probable early Prussion conversion. .75 caliber, 41-1/4" round barrel stamped 1835, with hallmarks, varnished wood stock, sling swivels and brass barrel bands, trigger guard and butt plate. S/n 119519. (from butt plate).

Condition: Bore is clean, no rifling, strong action. Brown-grey patina to metal, wood has varnish, some scars, brass has rich luster. Hallmarks at barrel base are very small and hard to make out. Letter "S" in circle cartouch on left side of stock. F W over ???? on lockplate. (see photo). Buttplate marked 119519, 978, 1835. Ramrod also has numbers including 212. Probable bayonet catch, (harpoon shaped) under muzzle.
