PAIR OF GREAT B. HARRISON CAMPAIGN STANHOPES. Carved ivory stanhope with titled portraits of "President Harrison and Vice President Morton" at top. Similar to Hake #3046, this in two pieces that come apart made to be used as a pen -- 6" in length, the metal casing from a pen inside. Two small cracks along base attachment hardly noticeable, nice patination. Together with a brass pig stanhope that reveals a bold portrait of Harrison when viewed through the "proper" end of the porker! Two great 19th century politicals!
