The left end panel states``Free Trade and Swindler's Rights.'' The right end panel says ``NOT WORTH A CENT.'' One of the earliest known satirical notes. Issued before Pittsburgh became a city. <B>VG-Fine,</B> large split, left. Spindle cancel, center. Other internal splits, all repaired with hinges. Still attractive, and very rare.
