TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: BUYER'S PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to the successful bid price to be paid by the buyer immediately upon settlement of the buyer's invoice and is considered part of the purchase price. PAYMENT: Acceptable methods of payment are money order, cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or via paypal. Personal checks will be honored, with a fifteen day waiting period for our local bank to clear your check. All items are shipped insured and actual charges for shipping & insurance will be added to the buyer’s invoice. Payment must be received no later than 5 business (5) days following the sale date. After full payment has been made, shipping arrangements will be made with purchasers using their shipping preference via USPS with insurance. The cost for shipment and insurance will depend on the value of the piece and destination. Purchaser will be solely responsible for the shipping/insurance charges. No sales tax added. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES!
Buyer should contact seller within three business days. After full payment (which includes merchandise, 15% buyers premium, and shipping/insurance) has been received, the seller will ship out the merchandise within a week via USPS. The cost for shipping/handling and insurance will depend on the value of the piece(s) and destination.

Shipping: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Merchandise will be sent via USPS, insured. Contact us for quotes. There is no charge for handling and packing, only actual shipping/insurance. We will combine lots if possible. We do not profit from shipping – we only pass along incurred costs.

Payment: – We will invoice high bidders on the first business day (Mon. through Fri.) after auction end. Our invoice will include the high bid, buyer’s premium and shipping charges. We will charge the credit card left on file on the business day following the day we invoice unless a bidder has already paid with PayPal or made prior arrangements to use an alternate method of payment, including PayPal.
