In part: “I expect to sail for Europe early in July and shall not probably be in this country in Sept next. I must therefore decline the honor so respectfully tendered me by the Cattaraugus Co Ag Society through you, inviting me to deliver the annual address before them.” In fine condition, with small separations along expected folds.
