<B>Phineas T. Barnum, Tom Thumb, and Admiral Dot Portraits.</B></I> Cabinet card signed "<I>P. T. Barnum 1885</B></I>" imprinted on lower margin by Eisenmann of New York and carrying the photographer's lively backmark on the verso. A splendid studio portrait and bold signature of young America's foremost entertainment entrepreneur. Light browning and some marginal wear, else very good condition. The Barnum cabinet card is augmented by CDVs of the diminutive celebrities Charles Stratton and Leopold Kahn, a.k.a. "General Tom Thumb" and "Admiral Dot". Stratton is shown as Napoleon on a <I>carte de visite</B></I> bearing a Case & Getchell, Boston backmark; the Kahn image has an Anthony's, New York backmark.
