P&P is the mark used by Paroutaud Freres Limoges Porcelains. The company was started in 1895 by Madame Vue Paroutaud and her sons Pierre and Paul; in 1902 it became Paroutaud Freres.

The brothers left the company in 1916, and it became Maiger & Cie, managed by A. François. Then in 1928, it became Union Porcelainiere, owned by Demarty and H. Lefarge.

From 1941 on, Lafrage and N. Nardon operated it as Limoges Porcelaine. In 1963 it became Porcelaine Lafarge.

This large P&P dresser jar was manufactured between 1903 and 1919. It is decorated with pretty blue Forget-Me-Nots, all handpainted, and is in perfect condition. It measures 5.5 inches in diameter, and stands 1.75 inches high. A great accent piece for a dresser or small table.
