It's a tight, never-opened copy with ultra-fresh cover colors. This second edition reflected the input of collectors across the country who had responded enthusiastically to the first Guide. It's a tool for collectors which is now itself a collectible. If you collect the early editions, this never-opened copy is a sure upgrade.
