Outstanding signed Jimmy Lile fancy folding knife with Lile-marked leather scabbard, both in as new condition. The knife is 8-1/2” overall with a 4” blade; push button blade release; grip is finely engraved with carved ivory vignettes, one of an owl chasing a rabbit and the other an owl in a tree at night with the full moon in the background. The blade is marked “14S” at the hilt and the reverse side of the push button release is lightly engraved “U.S. Patent No. 4184140”. From the Hugh Hayes collection. Est.: $1,250-$2,500.
