Excellent, with 97% plus of the original parkerized finish with edge and high spot wear overall with thinning of the parkerized finish on the front ends of the slide with a spot of pitting on the left front edge. The front grip strap and mainspring housing also show some minor browning of the parkerized finish. The grips are very fine with nice distinct checkering and minor handling marks in a couple of spots. The holster is very fine plus with a nice medium brown color overall with tight stitching. The web belt is fine with some wear spots on the backside of the belt with the metal studs, snaps and keepers all showing minor oxidation.
