The chamber has the "41" date and the toggle has the "byf" Mauser code, with "P.08" on the left side of the frame. Eagle/655 and eagle firing proofs on the right barrel extension and barrel. Properly marked safety position and extractor. Matching full serial number on the frame (with "z" suffix), barrel, and barrel extension, with the partial serial number (76) on the takedown latch, side plate, sear, safety bar, thumb safety lever, extractor, toggle and toggle link. All blue finish with checkered grips and blued aluminum base magazine numbered to gun. The left side of magazine is marked "fxo / eagle/37" and "P.08" near the base. Complete with a leather holster, takedown tool, and mismatched extra magazine. The back of the holster is stamped "RUDOLFCONTENCH / THEODOR SEIDOD / OFFENBACH A.M. / 1940".

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 98% plus original blue finish with some minor edge wear and some moderate muzzle wear, along with some scattered minor thinning. The grips are excellent with some minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very good with, some minor flex wear and handling marks, with a partially torn belt loop. The belt loops have been reattached, otherwise the stitching is tight.
