Outstanding Engraved Belgian Browning Pigeon Grade Superposed Shotgun in Rare 28 Gauge
Manufactured in Belgium in 1970. This shotgun features double ivory bead sights on a matte vent rib, 2 3/4" chambers, choked skeet/skeet with ejectors. The barrels are blue and the remaining parts are satin gray. The receiver is engraved with fine scroll patterns with two pigeons in flight on each side and rose bouquets on the bottom. The top of the receiver is engraved with an oak leaf and acorn pattern, with a leaf design on the upper edge. Gold washed trigger, tang mounted safety/selector and mounted with a high gloss checkered, extra fancy walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with a Browning vented recoil pad. The length of pull is 14 3/8".

Condition: Excellent, with 99% plus of the finishes remaining with only the slightest handling marks overall. The wood is also excellent with the exception of some mild crazing on the right side of the buttstock and slight bruising in the overall sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
