This revolver is a First Model, manufactured in 1874. Standard two line Hartford address flanked by Maltese crosses on top of the barrel, the serial number on the underside, and "32 CAL" on the left side of the frame. The matching serial number is marked on the left side of the frame under the grip and the bottom of the barrel. All nickel finish with niter blue trigger and hammer, with polished sides. Blade front and frame notch rear sights. Fitted with two-piece smooth pearl grips.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 99% original nickel finish with some very minor flaking on the left side of the top strap and a light drag line on the cylinder. Almost all of the bright original niter blue finish remains on the hammer. The right grip panel is period marked with a small "PC" at the time, otherwise the grips are excellent. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
