Agreement between Preminger’s Sigma Productions and Rex Ingram for Ingram to appear in the role of Thurlow in a photoplay with a working title of Hurry Sundown, for a salary of $1500 per week. Signed at the bottom by Preminger and Ingram. They have also both initialed the small attached rider stapled to the lower portion of the document. In fine condition, with staple holes to top edge, and scattered creasing and wrinkling.
