Overall, book and dust jacket are fine.<BR><BR>Literary agent and adventure novelist Otis Adelbert Kline (1891-1946) carried on a long-standing "feud" with Edgar Rice Burroughs, who, after publication of <I>Planet of Peril</B></I> (1929), a Kline novel set on Venus, believed the author was deliberately borrowing from his popular Martian series. <I>The Port of Peril</B></I> (1932) was the third and final installment in Kline's Venus series.
