(Walter Lantz Productions, circa 1928–1929) Original concept drawing featuring Oswald the Lucky Rabbit from an early cartoon, with a three-frame sequence showing him throwing eggs at a mouse in front of a fan; in the last frame, the fan blows the egg back into Oswald's face. A similar gag is used at the end of the 1929 short Amature Nite, when the mouse hurls eggs at Oswald. Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on an off-white 12.5 x 10.5 sheet, stamped "Walter Lantz Prod." in the lower right corner. Mounted and framed to an overall size of 19.5 x 17.5. In fine condition.
