Lot of 7 bottles of various sizes and shapes, including: 1) A 8.25” “practical” or “duplex” oval bottle embossed “16/ Osburn & Shoemaker/ Druggists/ Reno, Nev.” and embossed “Pat’d May 15 1888/ D.F. & D” on the bottom. Straight neck and applied top. Clear glass, purple hue, chipping along neck, 2 medium bubbles and several small bubbles throughout body. Very little staining. 2) A 6.75” Philadelphia oval bottle with a straight neck and applied lip. Front embossed “Osburn & Shoemaker/ Apothecaries/ Reno, Nev.” below an ornate “OS” monogram. Small M or W embossed on bottom. Clear glass, 2 bubbles in body, some interior staining. 3) A 6” Philadelphia oval bottle with the same front embossing as bottle 2. Four small chips in applied lip top. Bottom embossed “W.T. & Co.” maker’s mark. Clear glass, five small bubbles throughout body, iridescent staining. 4) A 5.5” square bottle, straight neck, tooled top. Front embossed “Osburn & Shoemaker/ Druggists/ Reno Nev” without monogram. Bottom embossed “GW”. Clear glass, multiple bubbles throughout body, milky and iridescent staining. 5) A 5” Philadelphia oval bottle, front bears standard Osburn & Shoemaker Apothecaries embossing and monogram. Bottom embossed “WT & Co” maker’s mark. Clear glass, small chipping in neck, very clean. 6) A 4.5” round bottle with flat front embossed with standard Osburn & Shoemaker Apothecaries and monogram. Bottom embossed with “WT & Co/ Pat Jan/ 22 78/ B: maker’s mark and patent information. Clear glass, two small bubbles, flaking on one side of lower interior and exterior, quite clean. 7) A 3.5” Philadelphia oval with standard Osburn & Shoemaker Apothecaries and monogram embossing. “WT. & Co” embossed on bottom. Clear glass, small fracture in rear, small bubble on rear, two small chips on applied lip, light interior staining.
