Issued in 1905 to Charles J. Swanson for 50 shares at $5 each. Signed by Geo. A. Lewis as president and R.D. Clancy as secretary. According to the EMJ, bodies of silver and gold ores were being developed and treated at the 200-ton mill on the company’s property in 1907. The company controlled 1,000 acres, about 40 mi. from La Cananea, the nearest railroad point. The property was considered promising in 1908 by the Copper Handbook. Uncancelled. EF.
