Original two-sided paper broad side for Colt’s New Model Patent Rifles and Carbines, offered in England, approx. 18” x 11” and in overall good condition with some fraying to the edges, particularly at the top and some foxing and wear. The advertisement also covers Colt’s Navy pistol with detachable stock, directions for loading and managing Colt’s New Model rifles and carbines, Directions for cleaning and prices for the various weapons. Putting this broad side in a two sided frame for the gun room would make for an excellent addition, particularly for the Colt collector. From the Hugh Hayes collection. Est.: $300-$600.
