Original case for dueling pistols of English origin, circa late 18th, early 19th century, showing classis veneered mahogany exterior, brass pull with brass latches, missing its key plate. The exterior of the case is fairto good with small scratches, normal aging. The case measures approximately 18-1/2" x 7-1/2" interior dimensions; the exterior dimensions are nearly 8-/4" x 20" wide and about 2-1/2" deep. The upper portion of theair seal on the box shows an old repair with replacement of wood. Impossible to find when you need one and it increases the value of flint duelers dramatically, even if relined. Est.: $350-$700

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
