This volume covers material printed between late 1802 and 1815. Rare and seldom offered; only 300 to 500 copies of the various volumes were originally printed. Included herein are the Mint Reports for the period covered, as well as other governmental reports dealing with the Mint and matters affecting coinage. The American State Papers comprise a complete record, distilled from the Congressional Record, of all Government reports and documents relating to American finance, of which coinage is treated as an integral part.
