Original Colt Model 1860 Army shoulder stock, serial #17727, formerly in the Chris Anderson (Ft. Carson Antiques) and Frank Singer Collection. The stock remains in good to very good condition showing an old of the period thick silver plate of 90% plus remains going to a natural milky-to-dark patina. The stock is at least very good plus and shows slight darkening from handling a possible linseed oiling. The numbers on yoke and butt match with no number on original jaw attachment. This stock was displayed for over 40 years with a high finish 60 Army and was separated by Frank Singer when he purchased the Collection in its entirety from Little John’s Antique Arms. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence.
