Original Colonial American document dated 1731, approx. 7-1/2” by 12” in overall good to very good condition with red wax seal issued to the Sheriff of Bristol, Suffolk or Plymouth Counties in New England seeking the goods, payment or the bringin of the persons of defendants James Cobb and Robert Markhen before the Court for debts owed to William Canedy.
