1978 Original Acrylic ''Madame Daleth'' by Arizona Artist Robert Bowman (1923-2011), measures 20''L x 24''H, signed, titled, and dated on back by artist, comes with January 11, 1979 Prescott Arizona Newspaper article about his one man show there. Artist Bio: Robert was born on February 9, 1923 and passed away on September 29, 2011. Robert was a pilot in WWII, a heavy equipment operator in Bagdad, AZ, an honored Mason and an established artist. He was self taught and studied at the Phoenix Academy of Fine Arts in 1946 and 1947 through the G.I. Bill.

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be re-listed for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. Any Bidder that has never purchased from us, will be asked for credit card information prior to Approval To Bid.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. You will have until Wednesday after the auction to notify us of any changes in payment method, otherwise, after your items have been packed by our in-house staff and are ready to ship,your credit card on file will be charged and your paid invoice will be sent.
*** Shipping: We combine shipping for multiple purchases where possible. All shipping is at the buyers expense, and will be determined after each auction, based on actual shipping charges to designated shipping address, supplied by the buyer. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs plus insurance & handling. We require all items to be insured. Return shipping of items to us must be pre-authorized and is at the buyers expense.
