Original Acrylic ''Red Feather'' by Kills Thunder. This painting depicts a white horse with flowing mane amoungst the clouds while three soaring birds hover above the encampment. Silhouetted war banner, horse and tree in foreground. Kathleen Kills Thunder (her real name) was born in 1947 in Seattle WA. Her father, Ben Kills Thunder, was a Sioux Indian from the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in Northeast Montana. Her mother was Spanish/Irish. Kathy grew up shuttling back and forth between Seattle and the Colville Indian Reservation in Northeast Washingotn. Kathy was painting and beading since she was six. She uses a bright color palette and prodigious imagination in creating her paintings. Piece measures 20'' x 24'', gallery wrapped canvas.

After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.

Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. *** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute.
