Official New York City WINS 1010 "Top 40 Survey Report," one page, 8.5 x 14, for the week beginning March 21, 1958. The survey report lists a multitude of early rock and roll hits, including 'Sweet Little Sixteen' by Chuck Berry, 'Maybe Baby' by Buddy Holly's The Crickets, 'Breathless' by Jerry Lee Lewis, 'Good Golly Miss Molly' by Little Richard, and 'Witchcraft' by Frank Sinatra. In very good fine condition, with small edge separations to original mailing folds and tiny tack holes to top and bottom edges. From the collection of Alan Leeds, whose late uncle Mel Leeds was program director at WINS. These were only distributed within the music industry, to New York record retailers and wholesalers and were, by nature, throwaways, making them quite scarce today.
