Walt Disney's DuckTales was the first daily animated cartoon show to air weekdays on the Disney Afternoon. DuckTales debuted in 1988. The 1988 - 1989 season consisted of 65 episodes. The next season (1989 - 1990) included an additional 35 episodes, totaling 100. DuckTales is an extremely unique and original cartoon. Episodes such as "Sweet Duck of Youth," "Dr Jekyll and Mr. McDuck," "The Golden Fleecing" and many more play off of legends, literature, and actual historic events. Disney's DuckTales also uses clever "duck" names for characters, as well as creatively used puns to add life to this excellent show. Production cel: A hand-painted animation cel that was actually used to create one frame of an animated scene that appeared in a cartoon. In this cel, Louie, Huey, and Dewey appear to be covered in paint. Drawings are a key part of the process, in which the animator creates the design and movement of the characters. Drawings are then transferred onto acetate cels (by hand-inking and/or photo copying) to create a production cel, which is then hand-painted on the back side, using paint colors chosen and approved by the creators of the series.The background and cel are ready to trimmed, matted, and framed. The animator's notations are shown at the top of the background and cel. This item has multi-layers; Louie first, then Huey and Dewey. There is some green paint residue on the second cel.

Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium will be in effect for all auction sales and shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. Although obtained from sources deemed reliable, the Seller and Auctioneer make no warranty or guarantee to the accuracy of the information contained in any auction listing. 13. Entire Agreement; Waiver. This Agreement, including the Universal’s User Agreement and all exhibits and other documents are incorporated herein by reference, set forth the entire understanding and agreement of the parties and supersede any and all other written or oral agreements or understandings between the parties as to the subject matter of this Agreement. In the event of an inconsistency between this Agreement and any other document, which is part of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, Universal Collectibles, Universal B&I or Universal Live Auctions may amend this Agreement (including any incorporated documents) by posting the amended terms on any Universal site, emailing notice of the amendment to the Buyer, or otherwise communicating such amendment to the Buyer. Each amendment will be effective immediately after it is initially posted on any Universal site, emailed to the Buyer, or otherwise communicated to the Buyer. The waiver of a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not operate or be interpreted as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.
